1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ek44r online gaming platform ("Platform" or "ek44r") and its users ("Member" or "you"). This agreement applies to all services, games, bonus offers and transactions on ek44r.

Each member on the ek44r platform may have only one personal account. It is the member's own responsibility to maintain the security of their account.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Log in from familiar devices and make sure to log out from devices you no longer use.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Funds

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The bonus can be claimed only once per member.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

ek44r has four VIP levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP levels are upgraded based on playing experience and activity. Cashback funds may be subject to wagering conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any member attempts to abuse bonuses, manipulate the system or exploit it unfairly, ek44r reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and close the associated account.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the ek44r platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no party can interfere with them.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Once a game is completed, the result is considered final. If an unusual outcome occurs due to a technical error, ek44r reserves the right to investigate and make a decision.

6.2 Session Disconnection

ek44r is not responsible for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection. Gaming session records are stored on the server and those records are considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. ek44r reserves the right to change these limits, and members can view the current limits in the game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek44r platform and are subject to penalties:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a fake or false identity.

• Colluding with other members to claim bonuses or rewards.

8 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension or Closure

ek44r may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a long period.

Any remaining valid balance in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned; however, the balance of an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited.
